Alpine did not do so. Instead, it filed its compliant audit report. And FINRA then terminated the suspension at Alpine’s request. Because there is no live sanction, there is no basis under Section 19(d) to review the Decision. We therefore dismiss the application for review. https://t.co/A9we1LVrY7

@MBCHERT Hearing on Monday @ 1:30 then Judge will make decision on injunction to stop the FINRA action against Alpine until case is over.
